Human Dependency on Technology - 510 Words
People have become overly dependent on technology Most of the time they say, us as humans we are becoming extremely dependent on technology on daily basis. However I stoutly oppose those words. It is true that technology can over influence our lives; it is rare to walk into a standard familyââ¬â¢s home and find watching a blaring television but on segregated electronic devices it cannot be stated that us as humans would not live without them. The technology we hypothetically rely on today is all relatively new. The immense scientists such as Albert Einstein projected some of the necessary physical sets of laws we live by using nothing but books and his own brainpower (mind). In the olden days people were self-reliant and so they invented things themselves, what are these things that I am talking about? Iââ¬â¢m talking about the furniture and clothes that technology simply upgraded. Subsistent farmers still plant crops seasonally and provide food for their family instead of using technology to produce genetically modified crops (GMC), that no one if they have any side effects. We have social networks and the short message service (s.m.s) to send messages quickly but there are still those people who believe in sending each other letters, e.g. in prison convicts use letters to send messages to their loved ones, which increases their skill of writing and reading. We cannot depend on technology and be ignorant when it comes to its bad impacts.
